Environmental protection is a priority for management of the company Condor & Co Ltd. , which means that it is of paramount importance in business and other public needs and not be subject to compromise.
Strategic goal of management is to continuously raise the level of culture and behavior ecological , the company in accordance with legal requirements, modern international standards and criteria in carrying out the main tasks facing the company, taking into account the achievements and best practices of leading companies.

Our main priorities are:
- consistently and continuously improving ecological , in carrying out construction supervision, investment control, comprehensive evaluation, management of construction waste and land masses, recycling of construction waste and demolition of buildings
- consistent and continuous implementation, analysis and development of a system of methods and tools for self-control and self-assessment activities;
- construction and development of a modern and efficient system of recruitment, training and motivation;
- providing the necessary resources for implementation and continuous improvement of environmental policy;
- ensure understanding, implementation and maintenance of environmental policy at all levels within the company;
- engagement of staff and information for enforcement of environmental objectives;
- introduction of reliable monitoring and control of key performance indicators and activities, processes, products and resources that have a significant impact on the environment;
- placing requirements on environmental protection to suppliers, customers and other stakeholders.

For the realization of its policy guidance applies the principles of the company:

Planning, organizing, monitoring and analysis activities;
To achieve a high level of implementation of legal requirements such as minimum and continually improve the effectiveness of their implementation and prevention of environmental pollution;

To maintain the effectiveness of the system environment through periodic reviews by management, taking into account the views and interests of stakeholders.

Management of the company commits every employee of Condor & Co Ltd. be familiar with environmental policy responsible for their actions and behavior and has an obligation to report any discrepancy with the accepted principles, including the highest level.

In environmental policy are introduced to all persons working for or on behalf of Condor & Co Ltd. Management of the company undertakes policy to be included in the contractual relationship to be announced to the public.

CERTIFICATE

After establishing the Chamber of Construction in 2007, the company Condor & Co Ltd. receives its appropriate groups and categories in order to participate in the delivery of various competitions for construction.
